Crop Circle??

A crop circle in Pennsylvania? Nah, this weekend Michael took us to Maize Quest! It's a fabulous farm filled with tons of different mazes. The following picture was taken in front of the stone labyrinth. Although there were many many mazes, we only had the patience to go through the cornfield maze, bamboo maze, boulder dash, indoor 3-D Play Maze, ever changing fence maze, and the maze mountain slide. The kids were absolutely entertained at this place. They also drove petal carts all the way around a track and under a bridge. Let me tell you.. Harrison and Alexandra are not ready to drive! They have a lot more practicing to do! Anyways, we would highly recommend Maize Quest.. you would never imagine this many mazes!

Our Growing Family...

Isabel, Addison, Alexandra, Helena

Isabel, Alexandra, Morgan, Ewan, Harrison, Zane

Boy oh boy, Christmas is really gonna be expensive.. we have three new cousins that were born this summer.. Helena in June, Morgan in July, and Ewan in August!! Here are new pics we took!

This year Angela and I decided to have a combined b-day party for Alexandra and Addison in hopes of making life a little bit easier. Michael and I thought it would also be the perfect time for a final party before we move. Friends and family came from near and far to celebrate these special kiddos. Papoo & YiaYia funded the event so many thanks goes out to them. The party started off with playtime on the moonbounce-the kids were bouncing off the walls! We then had lots of food, a hayride w/ a stop at the mini pumpkin patch, cake, and cotton candy! The kids were in farm heaven. By the way Angela, I still have a whole trash bag full of cotton candy that you insisted we make before we returned the cotton candy machine!! I was very happy at how smooth things went and happy it's all over. The big finale was when Alexandra and Addison drove out in their new mustangs!!

Well we had a big task.. Angela and I had to come up with 30 pumpkins and 40 apples before the day was done. We decided to make a day of it and take the kids to RAABS Farm to pick our own. Needless to say, the kids darted into action finding all sorts of pumpkins! Green ones, orange ones, small ones, LARGE ones, you name it they found it! Addison and Isabel were very tired by end of our trip. It took them much more effort and energy not to trip over the large pumpkin plants. The kids insisted on trying the apples to make sure they were good enough for their friends. According to the silence, they would work!

Alexandra's BIG 4!!!!

Whenever Alexandra is asked where she wants to go, one of her top picks is always CHUCK E CHEESE.. and that is exactly where we took her this birthday. Addison also insisted on tagging along for this event so that he could practice blowing out the candles for the combined party this weekend. They really enjoyed their pizza and dancing with Chucky!

There were no problems blowing out candles since Alexandra had Addison and Isabel to each take care of 1!

This picture was taken a little late in the party. I think Aunt Angela had a little to much to drink (that is of soda)! And isn't it amazing how much kids love you when you take them to Chuck E Cheese? Alexandra had a fantastic 4th birthday and is super excited to see all of her family and friends at the big b-day party this weekend!!
